Choose whether you are going to make the reservation and pay for the car rental as a private person or legal person. Fill out the reservation form.
Select the type of payment.
After the payment LatRent will send you a reservation confirmation and the invoice.
! The person in whose name the reservation is made MUST BE the same person who owns the bank credit card that was used to make the payment, and who will use the leased car.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION AND REFUSAL RIGHTS
Car reservation may be cancelled by sending the cancellation request to reservations@latrent.lv . Car reservation cancellation shall be free if the reservation cancellation application is sent 72 (seventy two) hours prior the initial car reservation time If the car reservation cancellation application is sent later than 72 (seventy two) hours prior to the initial car reservation time LatRent shall withhold reservation administration fee in the amount of 50% of the total car rental service fee, but not less than 30 ( thirty) EUR. If the Lessee does not arrive at the designated car pickup location and time, LatRent after waiting time 1 (one) hour automatically will cancel reservation and will withhold reservation administration fee in the amount of 100% of the total car rental service fee, but not less than 30 (thirty) EUR.
DISTANCE CONTRACT
On this Internet site (www.latrent.lv) the Vendor MP Birojs, Ltd, Reg. No LV LV40103795561, legal address Purvciema street 57-11, LV – 1035, Riga, Latvia, as the Party of the first part, hereinafter referred to as the Vendor, offers the service, and the person, who places orders, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, as the Party of the second part, conclude this Contract: The Vendor assumes obligation to sell and deliver the service (vehicle lend-lease) in conformity with the Buyer’s order.
DELIVERY AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE
The Buyer places the service order through the homepage, specifying the ordered service (including additional equipment and services, where appropriate) type and volume. The Buyer can pay for the service using payment instruments, which were introduced on the Internet shop, or paying corresponding Invoice, which is issued by the Vendor and emailed to the Buyer or pay on spot when picking up the vehicle. The Invoice is issued electronically and valid without signature. The Vendor provides delivery of the service (vehicle lend-lease) in conformity with the time and place, which the Buyer chooses and indicates on the Internet site reservation system.
INFORMATION HANDLING
Entering necessary information, registering order for the service (vehicle lend-lease), the Buyer confirms that he is informed and agrees that his entered data will be processed in line with LatRent car rent Privacy Policy.
